Miranda V. Coleman, 44, of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Friday May 14, 2021 at her residence. Miranda was born November 7, 1976 in Warren County, Kentucky to Randy Coleman and Linda Mauzey Joly, who survives. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and a care giver.

Michael Johnson, 66, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at his residence. He was born in Daviess Co., Ky. on June 27, 1954 to the late Henry Clifton Johnson and Lydia Joann Jolly Johnson Bronson. He was a construction worker and liked to fish.  He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Lois Ann Purdy.

Michael Wayne “Beeker” Embry, 57 of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at his residence in Butler Co, Ky.   He was born in Butler Co. on July 24, 1963 to the late Donald Embry and Magdaline Goodman Webster.  Beeker loved to fish. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Sharon Taylor.

Lowell Dwight "Whitey" Glass

Lowell Dwight "Whitey" Glass, 73 of Morgantown, KY passed away Monday, May 10, 2021 after a courageously fought battle with cancer. Lowell was born February 18, 1948 in Huntsville, Kentucky to the late J.W. and Lucille Brown Glass. He was a member of Huntsville Missionary Baptist Church and United States Army Veteran from 1968 - 1970 serving in the Panama Canal Zone. Following his Army services, he attended BG Trade School and became a life-long certified welder.

Chad Lake Raymond, 31 of Hartford, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, May 9, 2021 at University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington. He was born on April 27, 1990 in Hartford, Kentucky to Staci Ashby Perry and the late Christopher Bennett Raymond.

Aside from his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Herman and Natoma Raymond and Junior McPeek; Great-grandparents, HJ “Jouette” and Mildred Crowe; Uncle, Mitchell “Lefty” Raymond and his nephew, Parker Johnson.

Genell Burkhead Johnson

Genell Burkhead Johnson, 88 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Thursday, May 6, 2021 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. Genell was born on Friday December 23, 1932 in Butler County, Kentucky to the late Obie Glaspie and Magnolia Lamar Blunk and wife of the late Robert C. Burkhead. She was a member of Christian Home Church of Christ and retired from Lorilland Tobacco Co. in Louisville, KY. After retirement she was one of the founders along with her sisters of Green River Catering. Genell loved to sew, bird watch, and work in her garden and flowers.

Phillip Bradley Charlton

Phillip Bradley Charlton, 73 of Morgantown, KY passed away Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at his residence. Bradley was born May 6, 1947 in Butler County, KY to the late Esco and Dorothy M. Wilson Charlton. He was a United States Army Veteran and a member of Sandy Creek Missionary Baptist Church. Bradley loved motorcycles and collecting antiques. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by one brother Wayne Charlton and one sister Sarah Melissa Charlton.

Carolyn Sue Henderson, 68 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Saturday, May 1, 2021 at the Morgantown Care & Rehab. Carolyn was born on Sunday, June 22, 1952 in Butler County, Kentucky to the late J.L. and Elizabeth Williams Gaskey and wife of the late Michael David Henderson. She was a member and elder at the Morgantown Cumberland Presbyterian Church and retired from Lifeskills Industries. Carolyn loved reading and collecting books.

Kenneth “Kenny” Clark

Kenneth “Kenny” Clark, 75, of Davenport, Florida, died Monday, May 3, 2021, at AdventHealth in Haines City, Florida.  He was retired from TVA and was an Army veteran, serving in the Vietnam War.  He was a member of Bardstown Disciples of Christ.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Noble Norman Clark and Rae Opal Taylor; and two brothers, Norman Noble Clark and Marshall Clark.
