Jerry Allen McKinney

Jerry Allen McKinney, 78, of Cromwell, Kentucky passed away on October 23, 2020, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born March 26, 1942, in Morgantown, Kentucky to the late Claude McKinney and Ollie Johnson McKinney. Mr. McKinney retired from Nestaway and was a member of Oak Grove Church of God.

Aside from his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Lorene McKinney; one daughter, Brandy Lynn Henderson; two brothers, Harold Cardwell and Cecil McKinney and one sister, Agnes Fulton.

Karen Lynn Goodwin

Karen Lynn Goodwin, 56 of Quality, KY passed away Friday, October 23, 2020 at the Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, KY. Karen was born April 15, 1964 in the Penrod Community of Muhlenberg County, KY to the late Joyce Wayne and Brenda M. Porter Kirby who survives. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church and she loved to read, her dogs and spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

Jackie Lynn Parker

Jackie Lynn Parker, 64 of Rochester, Kentucky passed away Thursday, October 22, 2020 at his residence. Jackie was born September 25, 1956 in Butler County, Kentucky to the late Raymond Curtis "Jack" and Sarah Edith Roach Parker. He was a member of Rochester Missionary Baptist Church and enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his Harley Motorcycle and his dogs. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by three step brothers Woodrow, Raymond Curtis, and LeRoy Parker and one special nephew Brian K. Parker.

Richard Donald Moore

Richard Donald Moore, 65, of Morgantown, Ky., passed away on Thursday, Oct. 22 at the Morgantown Care and Rehab Center.  He was born in Morgantown, Ky. on Aug. 27, 1955 to the late Erdine Moore.  Richard was a member of Barnett's Lick Baptist Church and a Veteran of the  United States Marines Corps.  He loved to read and watch Westerns.  He was preceded in death by his mother; brothers James Howard, Jerry Roach and Michael Moore; step daughter Holly Logsdon.

Sudie Mae Pendley

Sudie Mae Pendley, 73 of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born on May 7, 1947 in Ohio County, Kentucky to the late Lonnie P. and Bernice Ward Phelps. Sudie attended Belmont General Baptist Church in Morgantown, Kentucky and was a homemaker.

Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by four sisters, Louise Decker, Pauline Daugherty, Adeline Bullock and Deloris Geary; one brother, Eugene Phelps and various nieces and nephews.

Kenny Len Cardwell, 66, of Bowling Green, Ky. passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2020 at his residence. He was born in the Welcome Community of Morgantown, Ky., on Oct. 2, 1954, to the late Ray and Lillian Whitaker Cardwell.

Alice "Lou" Cox

Alice "Lou" Cox, 77, of Morgantown, KY passed away Sunday, October 18, 2020 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. Lou was born May 14, 1943 at home in Joel Holler in the Welches Creek Community to the late Tossom and Clora Elms Cox. She was a member of Mt Union Missionary Baptist Church and she worked at Kane Industries for several years and retired from the Rubber Plant in Morgantown, KY.

Veronica Marie Ice Blaine Cowles

Veronica Marie Ice Blaine Cowles, 75, of Bowling Green, Ky. passed away on Friday, Oct. 16, 2020 at her daughter’s residence.  She was born in Bardstown, Ky. on Aug. 6, 1945 to the late Francis Xavier and Ruby Lorraine Sagracy Ice.  Veronica retired from Holley Carburetor.  She loved gardening, fishing, people and bird watching.    She is preceded in death by her parents; late husband’s Warren Blaine and Raymond Cowles.

Jerry Baker, 76, of Rochester, Ky. passed away on Thursday, Oct. 15, 2020 at the Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green. He was born in Butler Co., Ky. on Nov. 8, 1943 to the late Thurman and Urith Smith Baker. He was a member of Rochester Baptist Church and was retired from Peabody Coal Co.  Jerry loved to farm and fish.  He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter Michelle Baker.
