Betty J. June, 78, of Morgantown, Kentucky passed away Sunday September 8, 2019 at the Hospice House of Southern KY in Bowling Green, KY. Betty was born April 3, 1941 in Butler County, KY to the late Deward F. and Mildred Vennice Wester Brown.

Susan Lynn Conkright Johnson, 62, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Friday, Sept. 6, 2019 at the  Medical Center of Bowling Green. She was born in Owensboro, Ky. on Sept 20, 1956 to the late Kenneth Ray Conkright and Mary Jane Layman Cecil.  Susan worked at Kane's Manufacturing and at Morgantown Care and Rehab in housekeeping. She loved to watch Wheel of Fortune and enjoyed her flowers. She is preceded in death by her parents and sister Nicky Davis.

Jimmie Dale Hobdy, 80, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky passed away Friday, September 6, 2019 at his home. He was born August 4, 1939 in McHenry, Kentucky to the late Herbert C. Hobdy and Irene Minton Hobdy. Jimmie Dale retired from the railroad where he worked many years as a welder. He was a lifetime member of the NRA and served in the United States Army.

 Bruce E. Bass, 75 of Morgantown, KY passed away Thursday August 29, 2019 at the Morgantown Care & Rehab. Bruce was born January 11, 1944 in Connecticut to the late Robert and Ruth Ledioux Bass. He was retired from Hitchiner Manufacturing Company and loved fishing, hunting and riding motorcycles.

James Robert "Jimmy" Belcher, 88 of Morgantown, KY passed away Friday, August 30, 2019 at the Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, KY. Jimmy was born July 25, 1931 in Logan County, KY to the late Thomas and Alma Florance Hayes Belcher. He was a member of Shiloh Church of Christ and he loved farming, cattle, square dancing and spending time with his family and friends. Other than his parents he is preceded in death by one grandson Bud Belcher,  one step son Tony Grimsley, one brother W.T.

David Maurice Tyler, 62 of Cadiz, KY passed away Friday, August 30, 2019 at the Trigg County Hospital in Cadiz, KY. He was born October 12, 1956 in Clark County, Indiana to the late Maurice Tyler and Mildred Bratcher Campbell. David was a United States Army Veteran and avid UK fan.

Joshua Darren Lynch, 33, of Owensboro passed away Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital surrounded by his family. He was born October 26, 1985 in Owensboro, Kentucky to Jeffrey Dean “JD” Lynch and Terri Lynn Edmonds Baird. Josh was a former manager at Beef O’Brady’s in Owensboro. He was a 2004 graduate of Ohio County High School and attended Murray State University and Western Kentucky University. Josh enjoyed golf was an avid UK fan, and he loved his dogs, Paisley and Bella.

Barry R. Joiner, 56 of Morgantown, KY passed away Saturday, August 24, 2019 at his residence. He was born August 17, 1963 in Bowling Green, KY to the late Bob and Jenell Phelps Joiner. Barry was a avid University of Kentucky fan and loved spending time with family and friends. 

Kathy Summers Anderson, age 65 of Sunfish, KY, departed this life on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at her residence.  The Butler County native was born on December 11, 1953 to the late Preston and Bessie Costello Garner.  She was married to J.C. Anderson, who survives.
