The Butler County Retired Teachers met Monday, June 13 at noon at the Education Complex. President Fred Tate welcomed everyone after which a catered meal from Green River Caterers was enjoyed by all in attendance.

The Aberdeen Baptist Church conducted its annual Vacation Bible School with the theme, "Submerged."The students went down under in the depths of the sea searching the insurmountable riches of God's Word. Each day there was an average attendance of 214 with over 260 enrolled.
