The Aberdeen Baptist Church conducted its annual Vacation Bible School with the theme, "Submerged."The students went down under in the depths of the sea searching the insurmountable riches of God's Word. Each day there was an average attendance of 214 with over 260 enrolled. Fourteen young people made professions of faith. Pastor Roger Taylor would like to thank the community and area churches for working together to make this such a great event for the churches and the entire community. Thanks to Bro. Darrell Dockery for helping us by teaching this year. Next year Vacation Bible School will be June 12-16, 2017, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
