Lynette L. Watkins

Lynette L. Watkins, 72 of Bowling Green, KY formerly of Logansport KY., passed away Monday July 22, 2019 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. Lynette was born July 21, 1947 in Peoria, Illinois to the late Charlie and Evelyn Roos Watkins. She was a waitress at Ryan's for over 15 years and she enjoyed gardening, flowers and her dog Jake. She loved spending time with family and especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Tony Dale Pendley

Tony Dale Pendley, 53 of Morgantown, Ky.  passed away on Monday, July 22, 2019 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green.  He was born in Bowling Green, Ky. on November 23, 1965.  Tony was a member of Richland Baptist Church.  He loved turkey hunting, fishing and Harley Davidson motorcycles.  He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Gus and Odessie Gidcumb and paternal grandparents Paul and Susan Pendley; three aunts Dorothy Deel, Pansy Kessinger and Mildred Kirby; uncle Rodney Lee.

Dorothy Marie Hunt

Dorothy Marie Hunt, 94 of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Sunday, July 21, 2019, at the Hospice House of Southern KY in Bowling Green, Kentucky. 

She was born Saturday, July 26, 1924 in Butler Co., Kentucky, the daughter of the late Joe Christmas and the late Bertha Chapman Christmas. 

She was retired from Emerson Electric and was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church.

Gloria Jean Young, 75 of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2019 at the Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green.  She was born on February 26, 1944 to the late Waldo and Glodean Hester Proctor.  Gloria worked at Kellwood Manufacturing and loved to be in the garden working with her flowers.

Wilma Pearl Morphew Rock Crowe

Wilma Pearl Morphew Rock Crowe, 74, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky went to her heavenly home Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Commonwealth Regional Specialty Hospital in Bowling Green. She was born February 22, 1945 in Ohio County, Kentucky to the late James Wesley Morphew and Margie Rogers Morphew. Mrs. Crowe was a homemaker and attended Crossroads Community Church.

Aside from her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Hershel Rock and second husband, Earl Crowe.

Clarence E. Reneer

Clarence E. Reneer, 79, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green.  He was born in Owensboro, Ky. on Oct. 22, 1939 to the late Charles and Roselee Fitzgerald Reneer.  Clarence was retired from Ford Motor Company and was a member of the UAW.  He liked to work on wrecked cars in his spare time and loved to watch Westerns and read Western books. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Margaret Reneer; daughter Anna Basham; brother Charlie Reneer.

Willard J. Key, 88, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2019 under the care of Hospice of Ohio County. He was born May 9, 2019 in Echols, Kentucky to the late Thomas M. Key and Maggie Jane Huff Key. Mr. Key retired from Peabody Coal Company where he worked at Martwick, River Queen and Homestead Mines. He was a member of UMWA Local #9800 and Echols General Baptist Church. Mr. Key served in the United States Army during the Korean War.

On Monday night, July 15, 2019, while surrounded by a large number of family and friends singing, praying and sharing stories of the past, Arrah Wanna (Pendley) Evans, resident of Morgantown, formerly of Provo, Butler Co., Ky. departed her earthly home to be welcomed to her heavenly home for eternity. Oh, what a welcome that must have been!
