Joseph Larry Shirley Jr., 57 of Austin, Arkansas formerly of Rochester, Kentucky passed away Saturday December 7, 2019 at his residence. Joseph was born March 18, 1962 in Schweinfurt, Germany to the late Joseph L. Shirley and Lottie Shirley Hall who survives.  After graduating from Butler County High School in Morgantown, KY he joined the United States Army and then joined the United States Air Force for a combined 18 years. Joseph was employed at Central Laundry Equipment in Ward, Arkansas for the following 19 years. He loved cooking, his dogs and watching all sports.

Born in Dunbar, KY of Butler County on January 6, 1918 of the seven children, she was the only daughter of Ustus Waterson and Gusta Mae Ruley Kitchens. Exie always said she was born on a cold day and her parents tried to keep her from freezing to death.

Estill "Pete" Barks, age 82 of Bowling Green, Ky, formerly of Butler Co. Ky. passed away Tuesday afternoon, December 3, 2019 at Greenwood Nursing and Rehab in Bowling Green, Ky. Pete was born March 24, 1937, in the Sugar Grove community of Butler Co. Ky, to the union of the late Alton and Ola Myrl Pendley Barks. He retired after many years of service from Hildreth Hopper Oil Company as a truck Driver, was a U.S Army veteran, serving in Korea after the Korean War in the 1950's.

Mary Ruth Raymer, 87, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2019. She was the former Mary Bratcher and a retired clerical worker for a Medical office. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe W. Raymer. She is survived by her sons, Bradley Phelps (Joy) & Michael Raymer (Marie), brother, Roger Bratcher (Gail), grandchildren; Cory, Patrick, Stuart, Kim & Nikki, great grandchildren Tyrion & Nora.

Kimberly (Kim) Michelle Grubb Dunn, 50, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Sunday, Dec. 1, 2019 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Ky.  She was born in Warren Co., Ky. on Dec. 19, 1968.   Kim was a member of Union Missionary Baptist Church where she sang in the choir.  She was a homemaker and a former employee of Sumitomo.  Kim loved music, was a huge Ronnie Milsap fan and loved her family.  She was preceded in death by her father Rex Grubb; grandparents Quintin and Lauvelle Grubb and Carlis and Nada Givens.

Jerry Lynn Evans, 62, of Morgantown, Ky.  passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2019 at the Medical Center.  He was born in Indianapolis, In. on March 19, 1957 to the late Isom and Leley Cardwell Evans.  He was a drywall hanger who loved to fish.  He was preceded in death by his parents and several brothers and sisters.

Ernest Rhea Higgs age 77 of Franklin Ky., passed away Tuesday evening November 26, 2019 surrounded by his loving family at his residence. Ernest was born July 29, 1942 in Brownsville Ky., to the union of the late Virgil Lee "Buck" and Martha Ellen Johnson Higgs. Ernest was a retired mechanic from Jim Johnson Nissan Hyundai in Bowling Green Ky., after many years of service, He had a passion for mechanic work, loved playing music, drinking a black cup of coffee, relaxing, and spending time with his family and friends.

Darrell Wayne Belcher, 70, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.  Darrell was born in Butler Co., Ky. on March 26, 1949 to the late Talmage Waymen  and Lula Logsdon Belcher.  He was a minister for over 40 years and retired from Echols Baptist Church in Ohio Co.   He was preceded in death by his parents and infant daughter Maria.
