Ag Commissioner Quarles makes visit to Morgantown

Kentucky Agriculture Commissioner Ryan Quarles visited Morgantown Monday to promote Ag Tag donations.

Kentucky Agriculture Commissioner Ryan Quarles made a visit to Butler County Clerk's office Monday to promote Ag Tag donations. Anyone renewing their farm plates can donate up to $10 to be equally divided among Kentucky 4-H, Kentucky FFA, and the Kentucky Department of Agriculture for promotional programs. In 2015, Ag Tag donations totaled more than $500,000, Quarles said. Butler County Clerk Sherry Johnson said partial donations of less than $10 are welcomed as well.
