Tildon "T" Cardwell, 87 of Roundhill, Ky. passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at his residence. Tildon was born on Sunday, September 25, 1927 in Butler County, Kentucky to the late Albert and Flora House Cardwell. He was a retired farmer and preceded in death by his parents, one son Tildon Cardwell Jr., twin daughters Sarah and Salley Cardwell, two brothers Weldon Eldon Cardwell and 3 half sisters and 2 half brothers.
Tildon "T" Cardwell is survived by his loving wife of 63 years Maxine Childress Cardwell of Roundhill, Ky.; three daughters Melissa Mills husband Gary of Roundhill, Ky., Jean Ray of Roundhill, Ky. and Betty Westerfield husband Gerald of Cromwell, Ky.; three sons James Cardwell wife Judi of Roundhill, Ky., Johnny Cardwell of Roundhill, Ky. and Ron Cardwell of Roundhill, Ky.; one sister Sylvia Bryant of Roundhill, Ky. and 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Friday June 19, 2015 at 1:00pm with Bro. Alton Crowe officiating. Burial will be in the Threlkel Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Thursday June 18, 2015 from 4:00pm - 8:00pm and Friday 8:00am until funeral time at 1:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
