Robert Lewis Neace, age 70, of Rochester, KY, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2013 at his residence. Robert was born on June 12, 1942 in Butler Co. to the late James and Millie Brown Neace and was a gas station operator. He was receded in death by 2 sisters Gayle Glover and Dorothy Spalding and 2 brothers Jimmy and Billy Neace. Robert Lewis Neace is survived by 4 sisters Shirley Chandler of Franklin IN., Annie Martin, Eula Mae McIntyre, Lucy Pearl Hamilton all of Owensboro Ky. 1 brother Carlos Proctor of Greenfield IN. and several neices and nephews. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday April 2, 2013 at the Rochester Cemetery. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to The Jones Funeral Chapel.
