Ebon Phelps Jr. 63 of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Friday, July 10, 2015 at his residence. Ebon was born May 22, 1952 in Butler County Kentucky to the late Ebon Sr. and Lena Whittinghill Phelps.
Ebon Phelps Jr. is survived by one daughter Jennifer Hatcher of Morgantown, Ky.; two sisters Plina Johnson and Ida Blank; one brother R.C. Phelps and wife Nora of Morgantown, Ky. and several nieces and nephews. All funeral services were private and under the direction of the Jones Funeral Chapel.
