Cecil Ray McKinney, 77, of Morgantown, Ky., passed away Friday, July 17, 2015 at Morgantown Care and Rehab Center, Morgantown, Ky. He was born in Butler Co, Ky. on June 17, 1938 to Claude and Ollive Johnson McKinney. Mr. McKinney was a retired machinist with Sexton Foods in Indianapolis, Indiana and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is preceded in death by one brother Howard Cardwell and one sister Myrl Hoover.

He is survived by his wife Floalma McKinney of Morgantown ; one son William Ray McKinney and wife Linda of Indianapolis; one daughter Lisa Marie Rancourt and husband Eric of Southbend, In. two brothers Jerry McKinney and wife Lorrene of Cromwell, Ky., Faron McKinney of Morgantown; one sister Edna Morris and husband James of Morgantown; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at 12 pm. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 22 from 9:30 am until time of service at Smith Funeral Home, Morgantown, Ky. Online condolences may be made at: www.smithfuneralhomeonline.com
