Carrie Marie Annis of Logansport, KY passed away Sunday, January 21, 2024 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. Carrie was born on Thursday, February 27, 1947 in Butler County, KY to the union of the late James and Corrine McKinney Goodall and wife of the late Johnnie David Annis. She was a member of Cool Springs General Baptist Church and VFW Ladies Auxiliary. Carrie retired from Rite Aid in Morgantown, KY after many years. She enjoyed traveling, shopping, working in her flowers, fishing, spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Other than her parents and husband she is preceded in death by one granddaughter Ashlee Vincent and two brothers Ed and Wayne Goodall.

Carrie Marie Annis is survived by her fiance Johnny Whitemore of Logansport, KY; three children John Annis (Cheryl) of Logansport, KY, Lisa Annis Sykes (Arthur Snodgrass) of Morgantown, KY and Tonia Simmons (Jewell) of Bowling Green, KY; seven grandchildren Kash Annis, Casey Gabbard (Jacob), Hallie Givens (Tyler), Josh Annis Sykes all of Logansport, KY, Sarah Amos of Morgantown, KY and Tyler and Seth Vincent (Laela) of Logansport, KY; six great grandchildren Kyleigh Overstreet, Kasen Gabbard and Gentry Givens all of Logansport, KY, Jerzeigh Sykes of Bowling Green, KY, Rixton Sykes and Ashlee Vincent both of Logansport, KY; two sisters Brenda Henderson (Stevie) of Morgantown, KY and Peggy Smith (Chester) of Logansport, KY and several nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Friday, January 26, 2024 at 1:00 pm with Bro. Bobby Hatcher and Bro. Mark Hampton officiating. Burial will be in the Salem Cemetery where her family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2024 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm and Friday 8:00am until funeral time at 1:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
