Yellowberri Seeks Input From Morgantown Residents

Yellowberri Press Release

Yellowberri is proud to announce their most recent partnership with the City of Morgantown, KY. On Thursday, December 12 the Morgantown City Council unanimously approved Yellowberri to build the city’s new website.

“We are excited by the opportunity to give Morgantown the virtual presence it deserves,” said Josh Hampton, Yellowberri’s Operations Officer and Morgantown Resident. “Having a positive image on the web in today’s world is of the utmost importance for Morgantown. More and more prospective industries and potential residents are relying on the Internet for their initial research when deciding where to locate.”

Initially the site will highlight the history of Morgantown, Industrial & Economical Development, Education, Public Information and a Community Calendar. The site will be built with an easy-to-use content management system giving the city the ability to add and change content, as they deem necessary. The site will also feature a responsive design layout, allowing a user-friendly experience on multiple platforms including desktop computers, tablets and smartphones.

The core content and design of the site has been determined by the council, however Yellowberri will be seeking input from the residents of Morgantown. ¬

“Obviously we are working within some specific guidelines, but we will certainly be open to input from the citizens,” Said Yellowberri Financial Officer Andrew Sturgill. “We want the people of Morgantown to have some ownership and pride in this project, after all this site will be a direct representation of the city and its residents.”

Yellowberri requests that any suggestions be submitted via email to [email protected] .

The launch of the new site is slated for late March / early April of 2014.
