A Butler County family reported a theft, on September 11th, from their farm located on C. King Road in the Daviess Cross Roads community.  On Saturday, September 13th, they spotted a white Jeep, in Warren County, with a trailer attached that contained the stolen property.The Jeep was headed in the direction of Morgantown Road and Jackson Bridge Road.  Warren County Deputies arrested Joseph Harp, 29, of Bowling Green and Ronnie Dale Persinger, 42, of Rockfield, and charged them with receiving stolen property under $10,000. They were lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail.

Items stolen included: shingles, posts, mower, plow, fuel, trailer, lime spreader, page wire, fuel tanks,  tractor parts, and a variety of other items.

The Butler County Sheriff's Department is working the case.
