BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (Oct. 3, 2018) – The speed limit on KY 2161 in downtown Morgantown in Butler County has been lowered to 25 mph following a speed study completed by Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 3 traffic engineers. The entire route of KY 2161 is less than a mile in distance. Motorists need to be aware of the change. A temporary message board has been placed to notify motorists of the change.
