Rogers concludes college softball career

COLUMBIA - Butler County High School graduate Amy Rogers has concluded her college softball career at  Lindsey Wilson College.
Rogers played in 44 games for Lindsey Wilson College during the 2018 season, making 38 starts. She finished her senior campaign with 16 hits, 14 runs, 14 RBIs, three doubles and one home run. 
A former standout at Butler County High School. Rogers made the move to Lindsey Wilson from Lindenwood-Belleville. She majored in Education. 
Second-seeded Lindsey Wilson fell 3-2 in an elimination game to third-seeded Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.) in the NAIA Softball Opening Round - Columbia (Ky.) Bracket at Marilyn D. Sparks Park on Tuesday, May 15. The Blue Raiders finished the 2018 season with a 40-16 record.
