Morgantown Mission's Anniversary Celebration

Butler County Judge Executive David Fields and Morgantown Mayor Billy Phelps signed a proclamation on Thursday afternoon declaring Sunday, October 11, 2015 as Morgantown Mission Day.  The County and City in recognition of the Mission's service of 25 years to the citizens of Butler County and its impact in the community recognizes the Morgantown Mission as a valued asset to the future of this community. Mission board members Elaine Daugherty, Diana Ray, and Fred Tate, Thrift Store Manager Kevin Flener, and First District Magistrate Stevie Givens witnessed the signing.

Morgantown Mission will be celebrating 25 years of service with a reception on Sunday, October 11, 2015 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Mission Ministry Building on Main Street in Morgantown.  Please drop by to enjoy fellowship, refreshments and to celebrate what God has done and continues to do in Butler County.  For more information, contact Mission Director Garry McKinney at 270 526-2082.
