Stormy weather on Friday evening gave way to sunny skies Saturday, much to the delight of local children who participated in Morgantown Bank & Trust’s annual Community Easter Egg Hunt at Charles T. Black City Park. The event catered to children up to 10, as scores of eager egg hunters frantically searched the grass, plucking neon-colored eggs from the ground and placing them into their Easter baskets. The event featured special prize eggs for lucky scavengers in addition to door prizes. The Easter Bunny was on hand to greet children and for those interested in snapping the quintessential spring photo.
