On May 28, 2016, the director of Butler County Library Kenna Martin was honored on her birthday as V.I.P. in the flower garden of Award-winning Author Linda J. Hawkins.

Miss Martin has always been an advocate for good times for the many children she has served over the years. She read the book, “I’m a Little Teapot” Mrs. Hawkins enacted the story with the children as they all sang together.

Lovely music, delicious food and a beautiful time with a beautiful day for all first-time-tea-party-goers and for those of us who still love tea parties anytime!
