The Butler County Sheriff's Department responded to an accident shortly after 10:00 am this morning one-fourth mile south of Corner Market on Hwy. 185.  According to Deputy Heath West Jacqueline Richardson, 78, of Leitchfield, Kentucky was traveling south in a silver 2009 Chevy Cobalt.  She went off the left side of the road impacting a tree on the driver's side of the vehicle.  She was pronounced dead at the scene by Butler County Deputy Coroner Brian McKinney.
Also responding were the Kentucky State Police, Butler County EMS, Butler County Rescue Squad, Fourth District, Morgantown, and Bear Creek Fire Departments.
