The Butler County Sheriff's office responded to a dog attack on Waverly School Road in the Leonard Oak community on September 21st.  According to Deputy Heath West, Jamie Proctor, 43, of Morgantown and Joshua Shealy,24, were having an argument when Kimberly Brown, 45, stepped between them.  The dog, a mix-breed, owned by Shealy, attacked all three individuals.  Proctor's right arm was severely injured, and he was air-lifted from the Charles Black City Park.  Shealy received injuries to both arms and was transported to the Medical Center in Bowling Green by Butler County EMS.  Brown also sustained injuries.
