Morgantown Care and Rehab Center would like to congratulate Wilma Webb for completing her therapy program and returning home.  Ms. Webb was admitted into Morgantown Care and Rehab Center in November from SKY Rehab Hospital after sustaining a stroke.  “I was nervous about having to go somewhere to finish my therapy, but my son promised me he would find me a good place.”  Ms. Webb’s son was also nervous; therefore, it was only natural that he would research area skilled nursing facilities to find the perfect place. That is when he found out about Morgantown Care and Rehab Center, and he made a phone call to Jamie Howard, Director of Admissions and Marketing at Morgantown Care and Rehab Center.  After a very detailed conversation about the care and services provided by Morgantown Care and Rehab Center Ms. Webb’s son scheduled to tour the facility. 
“My son was very impressed with the facility after the tour.  He told me he found the perfect place for me to go to finish therapy.  I knew I could trust him and after being here everything he said was true. This is such a great facility.  I’ve been telling everyone that and I would recommend it to anyone.  Everyone here is so good and the girls in therapy really got me where I need to be to go home.  I miss home and I want to go, but I’m going to miss everyone here.  I will make sure to come visit.”
While everyone at Morgantown Care and Rehab Center misses the joy that Ms. Webb brought to our home, the connections have not be lost.  Just this week Ms. Webb’s former roommate called just to check in on Ms. Webb to see how she was doing. The two made a promise to keep in touch.  For the rest of us at Morgantown Care and Rehab Center we feel like we have fulfilled our call of duty with Ms. Webb.  Ms. Webb needed us to continue her therapy program and we were able to help her reach her goals in order to return home.  Congratulations Ms. Webb!
