Butler County Stockman’s Association Annual Sale Nets $107,175

The Butler County Stockman’s Association held their second annual livestock sale on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at the Eva Hawes Ag. Exposition Center in the Morgantown City Park. The sale was a huge success netting $107,175 for Butler County Farmers. Last year's sale was $64,000.

A standing room only crowd watched as the animals were sold at auction, by the head. Mr. Tim Haley auctioned the cattle for the Stockman’s Association.
This is the second annual sale. The committee wants to stress that there is no reason to go outside of Butler County to find productive animals that will work well in your cow herd.
