Our Butler County NJROTC takes safety very seriously, in preparation for these events they do various stretches to help prevent injury. The officers in charge of these preparations are Commanding Officer Hannah Logan and Lieutenant Hunter Gates. As you can see in the photos above the cadets are in their ranks starting to begin their stretches.

The Teamwork Challenge is a team building exercise. You have one leader for the girl group and one for the boy group who call out what foot to step with. The girl team work together to make it from the goal line to the 20 yard line where the boys are waiting. There the boys try to work their way back to the goal line.  The participants from this event L to R…Tiesha Fields, Rayna Beller, Randy Cline, Natalie Souy, Tyler Vincent, Ryan Nelson, Brandon Neighbors, John Clark.

In the tug of war event each team chooses 12 members from their unit to compete, then split into 2 teams.  There must be 2 or more females on each team and at a minimum of 2 males.  There must be 3 cadets on each side of the rope, with the first person on the left side and the second on the right and continue back.
