Members of the Butler County Chapter of the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America have been involved in a variety of activities this summer:

Ivy Donaldson and Haley Edge participated in National STAR Events in Advocacy representing BCHS and the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Ivy and Haley earned a silver medal at national competition in San Antonio, Texas during July.

In June, Ashlynne Brooks participated in “Stuff the Van”.

Kortney Barbier, Region 4 President and Matthew Embry, Region 4 VP of Parliamentary Law attended the 60th Annual Leadership Camp in Hardinsburg, KY.

In August, Chapter officers and members attended the Fall Leadership Conference in Bowling Green. Members attending included Kortney Barbier, Matthew Embry, Haley Ford, Rachel Johnson, Gracie Deel, Molly Sanders, Caitlin Coleman, Ashlynne Brooks, Payton Howard, Lauren Tyree, Jacob Mudd, Haley Adkins, Callie Dockery, Gracie Grubb, Jessica Camp, and Madison Ford. Members were accompanied by chapter advisors, Ruthie Minton and Kimberlea Embry.
