Butler County Chapter NSDAR Receives National Certificates

The National Society Daughters of the American Revolution held their National Convention in June 2015 in Washington D.C.  Certificates were presented at the national level to Butler County Chapter NSDAR for their participation in Constitution Week on September 17-23.

Butler County Chapter Constitution Week Committee received the following:
FIRST PLACE:
    Chapter with the Most Adopted Classes
    Chapter with the Most Minutes of Broadcast Coverage
SECOND PLACE:
    Chapter with the Most Constitution Week Articles in Print Media
    Chapter with the Most Requested Proclamations
    Chapter with the Most Number of Constitution Week Displays
THIRD PLACE:
    Chapter with the Most Square Feet of Constitution Week Displays
    Chapter with the Most Number of Constitution Week Displays
LEVEL ONE AWARD for reporting of accomplishments of the Butler County Chapter NSDASR during the 2014 year

Jane Eaton-Henderson, Butler County Chapter NSDAR Regent, also reported that the National Celebrate America! Committee recognized the Chapter for service to the Butler County community.  A total of community hours given by members exceeded 4,000 hours for the 2014 year as members volunteer and help others in the county and beyond.
"Butler County Chapter NSDASR is very proud to have received these national awards as members spread knowledge of the DAR and its motto of “God, Home, and Country,” added Henderson.
