The Butler County Sheriff’s Department is investigating two home invasions that occurred on Wednesday evening, December 17.   James Embry, of Union School Road, came home from work to discover that someone had broken into his home.  Items taken include clothes, Christmas presents, a knife, and television.
Janice Willis, of Bowling Green Road, also came home to find her door kicked in and several items missing. Items taken include jewelry, medicine, and a pistol.
