BCMS celebrated 8th grade basketball players

Butler County Middle School celebrated their eighth grade girl basketball players on Tuesday night.

Carly Cardwell is the daughter of Chad and Leslie Cardwell. She has been on the basketball team for 3 years. Carly is active in many other extra curricular activities that include Jr. BETA, Track, Softball, and FCA. When Carly was asked who she’d like to thank she stated “ I would like to thank my coaches for always supporting me and pushing me to do my best and for my family and their love and support.

Jenna Tomes is the daughter of Brandon and Deana Jo Tomes. She has been on the basketball team for 3 years. Jenna is involved in multiple other extracurricular activities that include Jr. BETA, Softball, and FCA. When Jenna was asked who she’d like to thank she stated “I would like to thank my family for always supporting me and thank you to my coaches for always being there for me and pushing me to do my best.
