BC Arts Guild opens its doors to community

The Butler County Arts Guild had nearly 100 people pass through their newly opened doors on Friday night, as they hosted the grand opening of their newly renovated gallery space. Included in the crowd, were several local, regional and state officials.

Located at 115 West Ohio street in downtown Morgantown, the building, which is being donated to the guild by Dick Deye, is primed to be a great outlet for our creative and cultural community. While the current display only highlights some our local visual artists, there are plans for the building to serve as an evolving space for artists of all avenues.

There are also plans to set some operating hours for the public to view the display. More to come on the Butler County Arts Guild!
