Accepting Bids Butler County Emergency Services Repeater Project

Butler County Fiscal Court is soliciting sealed bids for the replacement, installation, and purchase of communications equipment to complete the repeater projects at the Morgantown Communications Towers site and the Fifth District Fire Department Communications Tower site.

  Bid specifications can be picked up at the Butler County Judge Executive’s Office, or e-mailed to interested bidders beginning on Thursday, December 7, 2023, between the hours of 8:00 am. and 4:00 pm. Monday through Friday. It is necessary that all bidders schedule a viewing of the tower sites and existing equipment before bid submittal. The viewing of the tower sites can be scheduled by contacting Charlie Tomes, Emergency Management Director.

 Sealed bids must be turned in to the Butler County Judge Executives Office by 1:00 pm on Friday, December 15, 2023, at 110 North Main Street, Morgantown KY 42261, or mailed to PO Box 626, Morgantown KY 42261. Sealed bids will be opened on December 15, 2023, at 1:00 pm, and presented to the Butler County Fiscal Court for review and acceptance during their regular scheduled meeting on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at 5:00 pm., at the Butler County Courthouse.

 BUTLER COUNTY FISCAL COURT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY AND ALL BIDS.
