Update:Trailer Fire On Dexterville Oak Ridge Road
UPDATE 3/17/14: Rhonda Marie Henderson, 44, of Morgantown, was sentenced to 15 years in prison in Butler Circuit Court for second-degree arson and first-degree wanton endangerment. She admitted to setting her trailer on fire with her husband and brother in-law inside.
UPDATE 8/6/13: An investigation into a suspicious residential fire has led to the Indictment of a Butler County woman. Rhonda "Missy" Marie Henderson (43) was indicted by the Butler County Grand Jury in June for one count of Arson 1st Degree and two counts of Attempted Murder. The indictment is a result of an Investigation conducted by Kentucky State Police Detective Terry Scott and Deputy State Fire Marshal Phil Fogle. The fire occurred on January 19, 2013 at 3403 Dexterville-OakRidge Road in Butler County.
Investigators allege that Missy Henderson intentionally set fire to the residence while her husband, Jayme Henderson and his brother, Justin Henderson were asleep in their bedrooms. Missy Henderson is lodged in the Butler County Jail.
Original Story : Firemen responded to a trailer fire on Dexterville Oak Ridge Road shortly before 5:00 pm this afternoon at the home of Jamey and Missy Henderson. The home was a total loss. Responding were: 4th District, 5th District, and Morgantown Fire Departments, Butler County EMS, and Butler County Sheriff's Deputy Trey Flener.
