A structure fire on Woodbury Road in Morgantown has resulted in the arrest of two juveniles, who are being charged with arson. Morgantown Police Department responded to the scene on May 20 at 2:26 p.m.

Kentucky State Police Post 3 personnel held a remembrance service at the grave of Trooper Darrell Vendl Phelps Tuesday at the Union Cemetery in Quality, Kentucky. Phelp's son Darren, and granddaughters Kirstin Phelps Brooks and Rachel Phelps, placed the wreath on the grave.
