April 15, 2019 (Bowling Green, Ky) Applications for the 2019 Warren RECC Scholarship are now available. Warren RECC will award up to seven $1,500 scholarships to high school seniors and non-traditional students pursuing post-secondary training at an accredited degree-granting institution.
