BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Western Kentucky University has released the honors lists for the fall 2025 semester. Full-time undergraduate students with a semester grade-point average of 3.4 to 3.79 are named to the Dean’s List. Students with a GPA of 3.8 to 4.0 are named to the President’s List.

The Butler County High School hosted Edmonson County girls and boys on Friday night for Bearfest 2026. Ms. Brooklyn Blankenship and Mr. Curtis Murphy were crowned Bearfest queen and king. Brooklyn is the daughter of Danny and Amanda Woolbright of Morgantown.
