Outdoor activities and spring cleanup provide chances to enjoy the outdoors after a long winter. Removing some of the ‘things’ that have accumulated over the winter is hard but rewarding work as long as picking up ticks isn’t part of the ‘reward.’

In the spring of 2015, Craig Cohron worked with the Butler County Extension Service to plant a soybean population trial.  Soybeans were planted following a winter forage crop in early June with a John Deere 1780 planter in 15 inch rows.  Soybeans were planted at 3 populations by changing gears on

Faith Fest is a one day annual event for women & young ladies filled with worship, fun, and fellowship.  It will be held at the Gasper River Association of Baptists Building Saturday April 23rd 10 AM to 2 PM.  The Gasper River Association of Baptist building is located at 530 Helm Ln.
