Sat, 06/13/2015 - 1:36pm — Diane Dyer
Morgantown, KY,- The boil water advisory for Morgantown Utilities customers has been lifted, with the exception of South Teddy Street.
If you live on South Teddy Street you will be notified individually, if you are still under an advisory.
The advisory was issued in an “abundance of caution” following shut down and connection to newly installed lines and valves on US 231, W GL Smith Street on June 11, 2015. The connection was completed.
Water analyses reports have shown the water is safe to drink. Only customers notified individually will still be under boil water advisory. If you are not notified by a Morgantown Utilities employee you may use the water.
