Warriors win again

The Oak Ridge Christian Academy Warriors took two wins at home against Micah Christian Academy on November 21. The Lady Warriors varsity team started out the night with a 38-37 win. Leading the Lady Warriors was Hannah Burden with 15 points, 6 rebounds and 4 steals; Jasmine Alford with 10 points, 12 rebounds and 1 steal; Gabby Harris with 7 points and 3 rebounds; Gracie Clark with 4 points, 11 rebounds and 1 steal; Delaney Cooper with 2 points, 7 rebounds and 2 steals; and Taya Strasburger with 5 rebounds and 1 steal.

The JV boys won 52-31. Leading the Warriors was Cade Crowder with 22 pts, 12 rebounds, 2 steals and 5 assists; Trenton Harris with 8 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists; Cory Mason with 8 points, 2 rebounds, 1 steal and 1 assist; Hunter Mason with 8 points, 7 rebounds, 2 steals and 1 assist; Trenton Cooper with 6 points,1 rebound and 4 steals.

The Warriors traveled to Bethel Christian Academy Nov 25 bringing home one win and one loss.The JV Lady Warriors began the night with 39-28 win. Leading the Lady Warriors was Hannah Burden with 19 pts,3 rebounds,4 assist and 4 steals,Jasmine Alford with 6 pts,6 rebounds,1 assist and 2 steals,Gracie Clark with 6 pts,4 rebounds,1 steal and 1 block,Delaney Cooper with 2 pts,2 rebounds,2 steals and 1 block,Taya Strasburger with 2 pts,1 assist and 3 steals,Gabby Harris with 2 pts, Jersy Alford with 2 pts. Coaching the Lady Warriors are Joe Williams and Scott Burden.

The Warriors put up a good fight but fell short with a loss of 43-37.
