Story 7/22/13: Police in Clarksville, Tennessee are investigating the death of a Morgantown man and the wounding of two other men in an apparent shooting over the weekend at 727 Ranch Hill Drive in Clarksville.

Clarksville Police found that 23-year-old Miles B. Hendrick (DOB 12/21/89), who lives on KY 79 in Morgantown, had been fatally shot either late Saturday night or early Sunday morning.  Hendrick's body was discovered by Clarksville Police on Sunday at approximately 3:13 a.m.  Two other victims had been injured in the assault but those names haven't been released yet pending notification of family.

According to police, the only suspect information available is that 3 to 5 black males may have been involved in the incident.

Hendrick, a 2009 Butler County High School graduate, is the son of Rebecca Hendrick and the nephew of Bill and Flo Mills of Morgantown.

According to a family member, Hendrick was in Clarksville visiting friends when the shooting took place.  The family member who spoke to BtN/WLBQ described the incident as a "home invasion."

Clarksville Police Detective Tim Anderson is the investigating officer.  Additional information will be posted if/when it is made available.  The investigation is on-going.

How sad. Praying for help healing the family.
Now that they got that one maybe they will arrest the other two men and the woman behind it all. My prayers go out to Miles family and friends.
May he now rest in peace at least he finally got justice. The class of 2009 will miss him but this helps us give us a peace of mind.
My prayers go out to all the Family & Friends...May they have Peace now....
