Mary Lou Minnix, 78, of Brownsville passed away at 8:36 Aug. 13, 2015 at The Medical Center in Bowling Green.
The Butler County native was a homemaker and member of Fairview United Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Oscar Cardwell and Elizabeth Cardwell and the wife of the late William Ted Minnix.
Funeral was on Wednesday at Gravil Funeral Home with burial in the Fairview Cemetery.

Surviving are two daughters, Fredia Blair of Indian Mound, TN and Lou Ann Burden of Cromwell; two sons, Ronnie Blair of Cromwell and William Minnix; and four grandchildren, Lisa Hood, Haley Hood, Allison Schneider and Megan Shaffer.
