Margarett Lucille McKinney Miller, 88 of Morgantown, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, October 23, 2012, at her residence. Margarett was born July 31, 1924 in Muhlenberg County to the late Arie and Nancy Jane "Nan" Phelps Morphew and wife of the late Lonzo McKinney and Charles E. Miller. She was preceded in death by one son Jimmy Dale McKinney; grandson Ross Shane Phelps; sisters Gustie Piper and Myrl Harrison.
Margarett Lucille McKinney Miller is survived by two daughters Linda Elaine Harper (the late L.H. Harper) and Wanda Lou Phelps  (Cleatus); step son Cecil McKinney; sister Ruby Nell McKinney (Wilbur); grandchildren Janie Jenkins and Joey Harper; step grandson Randall McKinney(Gennie); five great grandchildren Ryan West, Jordan Ann West, Dakota Harper, Jacoby Harper and Raver Harper, step great grandchildren Madilyn and Lindel McKinney and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Jones Funeral Chapel Saturday, October 27, 2012 at 1:00pm with Bro. Gary Oberhausen and Bro. Jimmy McIntosh officiating. Burial will be in the Union Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Friday, October 26, 2012 from 12:00pm - 8:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am until funeral time at 1:00pm at the Jones Funeral Chapel.
