James Armes Sullivan, 67 of Morgantown, Ky., passed away Monday, August 24, 2015 at the Medical Center Hospital in Bowling Green, Ky. He was born in Detroit, MI. on February 27, 1948 to Carl Sullivan and Bonnie Luttrel Cummings. Mr. Sullivan was a Carpenter. He was of the Pentecostal faith and enjoyed studying his bible. He was preceded in death by his parents, two grandchildren Aryana Clayton and Nevah Clayton, one brother Joe Hayse.

He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Mary Sullivan of Morgantown; Six sons, Shannon Clayton and wife Lisa of Evansville, William Clayton and wife Marie of Leitchfield, James Sullivan Jr. and wife Faith of Cincinnati, Oh., Carl Sullivan & James Sullivan both of Louisville, Ky., Chris Neighbors and wife Angie of Bowling Green; Three daughters, Doreen Sullivan of Louisville, Tammy Early husband Eugene Jr. of Morgantown and Carla Sullivan of Cincinnati, Oh., 22 Grandchildren and 14 Great-Grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at 2 pm with Bro. Gary Embry officiating. Burial will follow in Layman Memorial Cemetery, Grayson Co. Ky.
