Claude Boone, 84 of Morgantown, Ky. passed away Wednesday, October 15,2014 at the Morgantown Care & Rehab. Claude was born March 23,1930 in Grayson County, Kentucky to the late George J. and Hallie Bryant Boone. He retired from the Kentucky Road Dept. and he was of the Baptist faith and he loved people and life to the fullest.
Claude Boone is survived by his two daughters: Melissa Johnson and boy friend Larry Miller of Bowling Green, Ky. and Sandy Sweiazer and husband Lvie of Bowling Green, Ky.; one brother Jimmy Boone and wife Vonda of Morgantown, Ky.; one sister Magdalene Beams of Louisville Ky.; eight grandchildren Erica Martinez, David Deweese, Tiffany Moore, Sarah Johnson, Danile Deweese, Brittany Miller, Dakota Sanders and Ashley Miller; 12 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the Oak Ridge General Baptist Church Friday, October 17, 2014 at 1:00pm with Bro. Gary Embry officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, October 17, 2014 from 10:00am until funeral time at 1:00pm at the Oak Ridge General Baptist Church.
