Butler County Family Care Grand Opening

 

Butler County Family Care Clinic, a division of the Ohio County Hospital, held their grand opening and ribbon cutting on Thursday. Well over 100 people stopped by to welcome the Butler County Family Care staff to Morgantown.  Free t-shirts, clinic tours, health screenings, and door prizes were given to guests.

 “The opening of the Butler County Family Care is a great example of our health system fulfilling our statement of purpose …Ohio County Hospital exists to make a difference by caring, serving, and educating individuals relative to their specific health needs. Through these actions the general health of Ohio County and surrounding areas will improve,” said Blaine Pieper, CEO, “We are looking forward to the opportunity of Caring for the Health of our neighbors in Butler County.

Debi Clark, APRN is at the Butler County Family Care Clinic Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 5:30. Ms. Clark is a board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with several years of nursing experience in both family medicine and wound care.  “We are so happy to be in Butler County,” said Clark.


Gilbert Luceno, MD is in Butler County on Fridays from 9:00 to 5:00. Dr. Luceno is a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician.  “We, my wife and I, considered several locations, but Butler County was the place we chose.  We are proud to be part of the Ohio County Hospital,” added Dr. Luceno.  He will also be practicing in the Ohio County Family Care - Beaver Dam location.

A free rib eye sandwich lunch was served.  Butler County Cancer Assistance did the cooking and the Butler County Homemakers assisted in the preparation and serving. Dessert and coffee were offered from 3:30 to 7:00pm.CeCelia Robinson presented Butler County Cancer Assistance with a check for their assistance.
