Butler County Bassmasters Kickoff Tournament

Ryan Coleman and John McEwen were the winners.

Butler County Bassmasters held the CRT Sports and Monogram Kick off OPEN tournament at the Peabody WMA Saturday, March the 21st. Ryan Coleman and John McEwen were the winners with 5 fish weighing in at 13.80 lbs. including the big fish of the tournament, a 6.10 lb. largemouth.

Jim and Sam finished 2nd with 10.49 lbs.

Terry Hunt and Anthony Perrin finished 3rd with 10.27 lbs.

BCB would like to thank everyone who fished this Saturday at Peabody. This is the club’s oldest tournament and a long standing tradition. It was a great day to be on the water with 24 boats fishing the event. There were 59 fish caught for a total weight of 98.52 lbs., with all fish being released alive to be caught another day. The next Butler County Bassmasters event will be the Jackson Chiropractic Spring OPEN Tournament. The event will be held on April 4th at Lake Beshear in Dawson Springs, Kentucky. The tournament will run from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Entry fee is $40/boat. No membership fee is required to fish any OPEN tournament.
