Butler County Bassmasters: Jackson Chiropractic Spring Open Tournament

Butler County Bassmasters held the Jackson Chiropractic Spring Open tournament at Lake Beshear Saturday April 4th.  Darren Napier and Matt Greenwood won the tournament with 23.90 lbs. Ryan Coleman and David Coleman finished 2nd with 19.44 lbs.

Daniel Cardwell and Nathan Neighbors finished 3rd with 18.55 lbs. 

The big bass of the tournament went to Aaron Watts and Jenny Watts with a 7.55 lb monster largemouth.

This tournament broke 2 BCB records. Darren Napier and Matt Greenwood now hold the record for heaviest 5 fish limit with 23.90 lbs. The total tournament weight of 178.12 lbs was also a club record. Congratulations guys. BCB would also like to thank everyone who fished this Saturday at Lake Beshear. It was a great day to be on the water, there were 22 boats participating with 58 fish being caught for a total weight of 178.12 lbs. All fish were released alive to be caught again another day. BCB looks forward to seeing everyone at Barren River Lake for the second Team Trail point’s event of the year on April 18th.  This event starts at 6:30 AM with weigh in at 2:30 PM.
