B.C.H.S. Baseball team to host annual chili supper

The Butler County High School Baseball team is selling chili supper tickets for February 6th.  This will be done at the school on the same night as the homecoming basketball game vs. Grayson County.  The meal will be $6 and includes chili, hot dog, dessert and a drink and will be served in the Commons Area.  Game admission is separate.  Take-outs are welcome and the meal starts at 5 p.m. and will be served until the food is gone.

This is a matched fundraiser by Modern Woodman and the team goal is to sell 250 tickets.  If successful, the baseball program will receive $1,250 from Modern Woodmen.  This is a critical fundraiser for the upcoming baseball season.

A portion of the pre-sold ticket proceeds goes directly towards each players fee to go to Florida for a spring break trip.  If you would like to buy tickets in advance, and help a baseball player in the process, contact Jason Jones or any baseball player for a ticket and they will get it to you.  Walk-ups will be welcome!

"So join us for chili on February 6th and then go route for our Bears in their quest for a big district win," added Jones.
