Andy Sullivan: Ron White at SKYPAC

Ron White

Thursday night October 16 I saw comedian Ron White perform at SKYPAC.  Ron’s opening act was comedian Alex Reymundo.  Alex has had numerous comedy specials on Showtime and Comedy Central.  He took part in Ron White’s Salute to the Troops and has toured with Ron for years.

Alex Reymundo
I really liked the music played over the loudspeaker before the show.  I was pleasantly surprised to hear that this beautiful voice belonged to Ron White’s wife, singer Margo Rey. Head over to www.margorey.com for more information on this great classically trained singer.
This was my first time seeing Alex live and he is hilarious! Don’t expect me to repeat any of Alex’ or Ron’s bits here, though.  No can do.  Go to www.alexreymundo.com for more information on Alex, including where to follow him on social media and tour dates.  He’s very funny!
Ron came on stage immediately after Alex exited.  That’s one of the reasons I love a comedy show at SKYPAC: there’s no waiting for the main act.  You know what Ron brings to the table if you’ve seen him on the Blue Collar Comedy specials or his own specials.  If you’re wondering what Alex Brings to the table, think Mexican Ron White.  It’s almost like they could perform on stage at the same time.  I can’t imagine the back and forth between the two!
Go to www.tatersalad.com for Ron’s new DVD “A Little Unprofessional”.  Ron’s fan club is called the Rontourage.  It’s free to join.  The show was hilarious! Both Ron and Alex are hilarious.  The crowd was rolling in laughter all night.  The 2 hour show didn’t disappoint.  Come to think of it, I’ve never been disappointed by a show I’ve seen at SKYPAC.  And with comedy, it’s hard to go wrong.
