AirEvac visits Butler Co. ATC

On Thursday, September 11, 2014, AirEvac visited Butler Co ATC and spoke to the Health Science Students.  AirEvac is the largest independently owned and operated membership-supported air medical service in the United States. The company has established itself as the preeminent provider of air ambulance services to communities in need of advanced emergency health care and rapid medical transport.


The students got the opportunity to tour the Air craft, look at medical supplies and speak to various Medical professionals. AirEvac team Members visiting were the following: Ben Cooper, Public Relations; Tim Sorrels, Pilot; Amanda Payne, RN and Stephen Haney, Paramedic. Each member of the team spoke to Miss. Joiners health science students and shared their experiences.

Butler Co. ATC would like to thank AirEvac for their time and for the real life, hands on experience they provided for the students.
